Does life feel like its getting on top of you?
Could you benefit from a place to take some time-out?
... to explore your thoughts and feelings
... to get back on a front foot again
Have you felt like there's something that doesn't quite make sense in your life, in your routine, in your thoughts or in your heart? You are feeling depressed, anxious, you are finding difficult life circumstances, maybe being bullied, having trouble with relationships. I believe I can help you finding the way out of this sort of cloud or darkness that you are feeling at the moment.
My name is Sandra and I am a qualified Counsellor by Metanoia Insititute and Registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My experience in seeing clients has been mainly through the NHS and IAPT service. I work with individuals on an open-ended basis and agreed time period. 1 to 1 counselling available in Brentford and Hammersmith.
I am experienced in helping clients who have experienced difficulties with:
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Trauma / Abuse
Bereavement / Loss
Living / Welfare
Work / Academic
Counselling is a process, it takes you from a place of incongruence where something or somethings don't quite fit or make sense or bother you and don't allow you to feel content or in peace with yourself or your work or with others, to a much clear context in you life. But it is a process, and this process might be easy but there might be bumps in the road to the end of it. So you need to be prepared for it. If you feel that you have reached a point in your life where you want to sort some issues out, this is your time.
I work with individuals only, on a weekly basis. No couples, children nor groups. I work in English and Spanish. Counselling in Brentford and Hammersmith.
Please notice that if you cannot get through to me might be because I am with a client so just leave your message with your name, contact number and a brief comment regarding your call or the issue/s you'd like to discuss.
